Her entrepreneurial spirit later led her to establish Ultrafine Minerals in 2009, a capital-intensive venture that required discipline, structure, and long-term vision. Competing in a space dominated by long-established global players helped sharpen her business acumen and reinforced her belief in building scalable, sustainable ventures.
In 2015, Meghna identified a shift in how companies consumed office space. Businesses no longer wanted rigid, long-term leases, they wanted flexibility, speed, and scalability. This insight led to the creation of IndiQube, a workspace provider designed to support enterprises, SMEs, startups, and offshore development centers.
Under her leadership, IndiQube rapidly gained traction and onboarded notable clients including Bluestone, KPMG, Freshmenu, Cohesity, and TMF. The company has since raised around $45 million across two funding rounds and scaled to over 6 million sq. ft., covering 11 cities and more than 75 properties.
The pandemic tested the fundamentals of commercial real estate as remote work surged globally. Meghna recognized early that hybrid work was becoming a long-term reality. Instead of slowing down, IndiQube realigned its approach to meet the evolving needs of businesses seeking flexibility over fixed leases.
Post-pandemic, the company expanded further, including securing large office mandates such as a 3 lakh sq. ft. campus for Myntra and strengthening its presence in Tier-II locations. The continued focus remains on expanding footprints across key markets and building a workspace ecosystem aligned with the future of work.
