The entrepreneurial journey of Meghna Agarwal, Cofounder IndiQube that spans over 1½ decades, has been about challenging status quo, believing in self and beating the odds. Her interest in diverse sectors has led her on a journey of growth across manufacturing, HR, consulting and commercial real estate. This exposure has helped her create great value through the companies she has cofounded, namely UltraFine Minerals, HirePro & IndiQube.
Meghna has an MBA in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad and a company secretary degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is an angel investor in companies like Brick & Bolt and an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a global leadership community of chief executives. Meghna started her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 25 when she co-founded HirePro Consulting with the vision of making hiring frictionless. Later, in 2009, she ventured into Ultrafine Minerals, a leading manufacturer of minerals catering to the needs of Cable, Polymer, Plastic and Paper industries.
Space has always been at the heart of Meghna as she understood how space works for diverse companies. She understood that millennials and start-ups are faced with challenges like volatility, high capex and long-term leases from traditional landlords and started this journey with IndiQube in 2015 as the flexible workspace provider catering not just to budding entrepreneurs but also to enterprises.

Today, IndiQube is an ecosystem of 60+ properties in 10+ cities with 4+ Mn SQ.FT. of Area Under Management. Marquee clients like Philips, Hitachi, Eli Lilly, Mahindra Logistics, Standard Chartered, Enphase, Grant Thornton, Allegis, Myntra, Unacademy, UpGrad, Ola, Cars24, Chargebee, Fivetran, MakeMyTrip, Tata Digital, Navi Technologies, Observe.AI, Zolve, Shuttl, LendingKart, Zest amongst many others have chosen IndiQube as their preferred workspace partner.

Under Meghna’s leadership, IndiQube has been ranked #18 in India’s fastest growing companies by Economic Times and recognized as India’s Growth Champions 2021. IndiQube has also been ranked #104 in Asia-Pacific High-Growth Companies by Financial Times for 2021. IndiQUbe has also received several awards, including “Startup of the Year in Real Estate” in Entrepreneur Awards 2021, “Best Co-working Space” at Startup Awards 2021 organized by Entrepreneur Media, YourStory Breakthrough Enterprise award in association with the ministry of MSME.
