At just 25, Meghna co-founded HirePro Technologies, simplifying hiring processes at a time when India’s talent landscape was rapidly changing. By 2009, she had ventured into Ultrafine Minerals, a manufacturing enterprise serving industries like cable, polymer, and plastic. These diverse experiences sharpened her business acumen, preparing her for her most transformative venture yet.
In 2015, Meghna co-founded IndiQube with a simple yet powerful observation: India’s growing startup ecosystem needed flexible workspace solutions that were flexible, scalable, and aligned with the dynamic needs of modern businesses. IndiQube entered the market not merely as a workspace provider but as a partner in growth, offering productivity-ready environments equipped with essential services and modern infrastructure.
Today, IndiQube spans 7.76 million sq. ft. across 13 cities, serving a diverse clientele that ranges from early-stage startups to large global enterprises. This growth reflects a deliberate and well-executed strategy rather than an organic rise.
Meghna’s journey was not without its challenges. A significant turning point came when she faced a complicated pregnancy, leading her to take a sabbatical. This period of introspection was both a personal and professional crossroads. Balancing the need for personal healing with the pull of her professional aspirations, Meghna navigated this phase with resilience and clarity.
Her return to the entrepreneurial landscape was marked by a renewed focus on building businesses that were not only profitable but also purpose-driven. This experience reinforced her belief in the importance of maintaining a balance between personal well-being and professional commitments.
IndiQube’s evolution from a single property in Bengaluru to over 100 locations, was the result of intentional and innovative strategic decisions.
One of IndiQube’s most impactful strategies has been its hub-and-spoke model. Rather than building only large centers, the company intentionally created a network of Key hubs in major business districts and Smaller satellite centers in surrounding micro-markets
“By positioning ourselves in high-demand micro-markets with robust infrastructure, connectivity, and strong talent catchments, we ensured long-term adaptability,” Meghna explains.
This model allowed IndiQube to expand efficiently, match local demand, and offer tenants the right mix of accessibility and scalability.
While many competitors focused exclusively on Grade A commercial buildings, Meghna saw untapped opportunity in revitalizing older Grade B assets.
IndiQube took aging buildings and transformed them into modern, technologically equipped workspaces, integrating Smart interiors, Sustainability-driven features and State-of-the-art amenities
This strategy not only optimized cost efficiency but also opened doors to non-traditional markets, accelerating IndiQube’s footprint across Tier I and emerging non–Tier I cities.
India’s flexible workspace stock at around 62–64 million sq. ft. as of 2023 is projected to double by 2027. According to Meghna, this rapid expansion is being driven by a fundamental shift in the way businesses function, marked by growing demand for flexible, on-demand workspaces, tech-enabled operations, stronger sustainability priorities, and the widespread adoption of hybrid work models. IndiQube’s strategy has consistently stayed ahead of these trends.
As India’s business landscape democratizes, Meghna believes the next growth wave will come from Tier II and Tier III cities. IndiQube is preparing to expand its presence in these emerging markets, ensuring businesses outside metros have access to high-quality, scalable office solutions.
IndiQube is doubling down on sustainability with an approach Meghna calls “Sustainability as a Service.” This includes integrating Green energy solutions, Efficient resource management and Eco-friendly workspace design. This focus reflects IndiQube’s long-term commitment to future-ready infrastructure.
Beyond physical spaces, IndiQube is strengthening its position as a technology-first company.
