Here are answers to some questions you may have.
Do you have separate workspaces for coworking and evolving companies?
We believe in an open, mutually nurturing growth environment for evolving companies, so we currently don’t have separate workspaces.
When you say ‘offices ready to move in and start working’, what do you mean?
We mean that IndiQube’s business workspaces come pre-furnished; each desk is ergonomically designed to help you stay productive for long hours – although we recommend you take breaks away from the monitor. Passageways enable ease of movement and the conference rooms are built to give you privacy without shutting out the outside world entirely. Moreover, we also provide an Internet connection, telephone connections, provisions for drinking water and more. So you can just walk into your workspace, plug in your system and get cracking on the next deadline.
Can I customise my workspace?
Yes, absolutely. We actually take pride in our ability to help you customise your workspaces as you like. Need one cabin instead of two? No problem. Want to spruce up the place with bright colours and interesting wall graphics? Consider it done. We’ll enable your workspace to be entirely yours.
What about the IT and infrastructure?
IndiQube provides a strong infrastructure for companies to make sure you and your team enjoys uninterrupted service, with power backup, an Internet with hard-wired (Ethernet) connections and access to Wi-Fi with primary and secondary links.
IndiQube can also help with data and voice management services.
What if my team grows exponentially in the next 3-6 months?
You can easily expand your team without having to spend on fixed costs for unused space or at our other business workspaces.
What’s covered in my rent?
If you’re a business owner:
- Partnered spaces such as meeting rooms on a pay-per-use model
- Facilities and administration services
- Transport services to enhance productivity
- Full access to MiQube, IndiQube’s Intranet that enables you to run business smoothly every day.
If you’re an employee/individual:
- Shared employee transport
- A 24x7 multi-cuisine food court, run through a cashless card model and linked to loyalty programs
- Health & Wellness Centre, with gym, sick bay, doctor-on-call and other health related services
- Concierge desk, to help manage daily employee requirements
- Convenience store pick-up counter, so you can collect packages and deliveries

There are no hidden costs. The Term Sheet shared with you when you get in touch with us has all the details.
What is the scope of common area maintenance?
A detailed scope will be provided by the Lessor for common area maintenance such as common area electricity, water, common area, lift, lobby, annual maintenance charges of lifts and building security.
I don’t work at IndiQube, but I’d like to book a partnered space for a meeting. Is that allowed?
Of course. Our partnered spaces are open for use by anybody within and outside of IndiQube. We understand how important it is to make the right impression on a client as a startup or an evolving company, or establish oneself as an emerging thought leader. So you can book our partnered spaces for meetings, events, trainings, workshops or any other business purpose.

Are IndiQube’s business workspaces open 24/7?
Yes, they are. However, our staff are onsite at each location between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Can you collaborate with other companies?
Yes, you can connect with diverse entrepreneurs and professionals and could easily collaborate with them via MiQube.
